Over 29 years experience in the Architectural and Planning Field, Steve Martinez has overseen all phases of project development for both "GROUND-UP" and renovation (VALUE added) type projects. From conceptual design to construction administration, Mr. Martinez has a diverse range of project experience that includes office, industrial, clubhouse and retail developments.
